Adriana Allison

Adriana has
been a Personal Fitness Trainer in Seattle
for the past 6 years. She currently trains out of Seattle's
premier fitness club, The Seattle Athletic Club. In the past year Adriana has found a dedicated
passion for Crossfit style exercising (please visit

for more information), because of the high intensity, high output
exercise that
the Crossfit format promotes. In addition to
enjoying brutally intense workouts (such as the Hellish Hundreds), she
finds
Olympic lifting, distance running, and playing soccer to be of her
utmost
passions. Working hard and digging deep to find the drive to succeed in
physical challenges is the thing that gives her the passion for
training
others. Coaching
others to reach new
levels of fitness is something that Adriana finds great satisfaction in.
Adriana holds
her NSCA-CPT, Crossfit Level 1, Crossfit
Olympic Lifting, Crossfit Barbbell, and H2H Kettlebell certifications.
